Returns
• You may return unused, unopened computer appliance within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at boutique_heaven@outlook.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
• If you received a defective or damaged computer appliance, or if you received the wrong item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at boutique_heaven@outlook.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Once we receive the defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement promptly at no additional cost.
• If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
• Items that have been used or installed
• Customized or personalized items
• Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion
Shipping
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective computer appliance, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt.
• We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
